Solid English natural stone surround and three piece outer hearths suitable for any gas or electric inset fires or simply beautiful with open fires, inset multi fuel stoves or wood burners.
Carved from natural quarried Bath English stone and is suitable for all types of fuels.
As a natural material it may contain shells, fossils and veins being over 145 million years old, this is the beauty of natural stone.
We carve to order so if you require an alternative size then please contact us for a personal quotation. The sizes of the standard Coral design are:
Height from floor: approximately 1090mm when pointed
Mantle: 1070mm x 150mm x 65mm
Lintel: 970mm x 180mm x 100mm
Legs: 800mm x 180mm x 100mm
Hearths: 1070mm x 400mm x 50mm in 3 equal sections or can be supplied with no hearths if not required for a reduced costing - please contact us for a quotation prior to purchase .
Opening: 570mm high x 410mm wide (standard builders opening) which allows 95% of gas or electric off the shelf fires to slot neatly into the opening which has a 50mm depth back panel/slips.
There will be a rebate in the back of the uprights and underside of the lintel to accept the 3 piece back panel to tuck neatly behind to give you the builders opening.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STONE IS DARKER IN THIS PHOTOGRAPGH AS IT HAS JUST BEEN FITTED. IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 4 WEEKS FROM INSTALLATION TO RETURN BACK TO ITS NATURAL LIGHTER CREAM IN COLOUR.
