The Agate Bath stone surround - this beautiful design is carved from solid boulders of English natural Bath stone.
Simple yet imposing design. As a natural material it will contain shells, veins, fossils as over 145 million years old, this is the beauty of natural stone making it unique.
1 x stone lintel 1160mm x 180mm high x 100m depth
1 x mantlepiece 1260mm x 65mm high x 150mm depth
1 x lower mantle 1260m x 50mm x 150mm depth with built in top slip
2 x stone uprights 650mm bedded x 180mm wide x 100mm depth including built in side slip.
2 x base blocks 200mm wide x 150mm high x 110mm deep
This will give you a finished opening of 800mm wide x 800mm high off Bath stone bedded hearths.
If you require Bath stone 3 piece front hearths plain or chamfered at 1260mm in 3 x 400mm x 50mm this would be an additional £300 to the costs plus a back inner floor hearth where a stove would sit upon ie 820mm x 400mm x 50mm an extra £140.00 if purchased and delivered together with the Agate surround please advise of sizes for a personal quotation. We do offer a made to measure service on all our fireplaces and hearths please contact us with your own sizes for a personal quotation - do not purchase this listing if you require any alterations as you will receive the sizes listed.
Every fireplace surround would be unique as the stone is locally sourced and as a natural material will contain some fossiling from the sea bed minerals and creatures and veining dating back to 145 million years ago.
As with all our natural stone surrounds, stone mix mortar will be supplied for all joints, fixing brackets and full installation instructions will be included.
