2. Products & Services
We supply fireplaces, surrounds, hearths, stonework products, and related installation services.
All products are subject to availability.
Natural stone and handmade products may vary in colour, texture, veining, and finish. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Measurements and dimensions may vary slightly due to the bespoke nature of stone manufacturing.
3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be revised following a site survey or specification changes.
4. Orders
An order is only confirmed once:
- We have accepted the order in writing; and
- Any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, and site details provided are accurate.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms:
- Deposit required: 50%
- Remaining balance due 3 working days before delivery/installation unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
6. Bespoke & Custom-Made Products
Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced, except where goods are faulty or not as described.
Customers are responsible for approving final specifications before manufacture begins.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Haulage delays
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Customers must ensure:
- Safe and reasonable site access
- Someone is available to receive delivery
- Adequate road access dimensions for 18 tonne lorry
Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Installation
Installation dates are subject to availability and site suitability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The property complies with relevant building regulations
- Chimneys, flues, and ventilation are suitable
- Necessary permissions or approvals are obtained
Gas and solid fuel appliances must be installed by appropriately qualified professionals, including Gas Safe or HETAS registered installers where applicable.
We are not responsible for issues arising from unsuitable existing structures or previously undisclosed site conditions.
9. Cancellations & Consumer Rights
Consumers purchasing online or at a distance may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, cancellation rights may not apply to bespoke or personalised products.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing.
10. Returns & Refunds
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any damage or defects.
Returns may only be accepted with prior written approval.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
11. Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.
This warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations in stone
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
- Incorrect installation
- Lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by third parties
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability which cannot legally be excluded
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Interfere with website functionality
We may suspend or withdraw website access without notice.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
