The Moonstone natural English solid Bath stone fireplace surround

This beautiful popular fireplace surround will be hand carved in a traditional style and would suit most modern homes as well. Its perfect for a multi fuel stoves or woodburners to sit nicely within its opening together with roaring open fires.

The aperture of the Moonstone surround is 850mm high from highest point of arch from the top of the bedded stone hearths x 800mm wide.

The Moonstone is in sections as follows:

1 mantlepiece - chamfered 1260mm x 150mm x 65mm

1 arched lintel 1160mm x 225mm x 100mm with a peak

2 uprights/legs 800mm bedded x 180mm x 100mm

Outer hearths 1260mm x 400mm x 50mm in 3 sections

A inner floor back hearth can be purchased a 820mm x 400mm x 50mm would be an extra £140.00 to quoted costs if purchased and delivered together with this surround.

Every fireplace surround would be unique as the stone is locally sourced and as a natural material will contain some fossiling from the sea bed minerals and creatures and veining dating back to 145 million years ago.

As with all our natural stone surrounds, stone mix mortar will be supplied for all joints, fixing brackets and full installation instructions will be included.
