The Peridot – Hand‑Carved Natural Bath Stone Fireplace Surround

The Peridot is a beautifully crafted Tudor‑arch fireplace surround, hand carved from solid British natural Bath stone. A soft chamfer runs along the inner edges of the opening and is mirrored on the mantlepiece, giving the design a refined and balanced finish.

Aperture (Opening Size)

  • 850mm high (to the peak of the arch, measured from the top of the hearth)

  • 800mm wide

Component Dimensions

  • Mantlepiece: 1260mm (W) × 150mm (D) × 65mm (H)

  • Arched lintel: 1160mm (W) × 225mm (H) × 100mm (D)

  • Uprights / legs: 800mm (H) × 180mm (W) × 100mm (D) once pointed

  • Outer hearth (3 sections): 1260mm × 400mm × 50mm

Optional Extras

  • Inner back floor hearth: 820mm × 400mm × 50mm — £140 when purchased and delivered with the surround.
