Three‑Piece Angled Bath Stone Hearth – Hand‑Carved Natural Stone

This beautiful British‑made hearth is crafted from solid natural Bath stone and features angled front edges with a subtle chamfer, giving it a clean, elegant finish.

Standard Size

  • 1120mm wide (when pointed) × 350mm depth × 50mm height

  • Supplied in three sections

  • Pointing mix included — made from Bath stone dust and natural lime

To bed your hearths, you will need to purchase building sand and cement, or if installing onto a wooden floor, we recommend using a flexible floor adhesive instead of a sand/cement bed. We advise a 10mm solid mortar bed — not spot‑bedded — with no hollow areas beneath.

Delivery, Collection & Fitting

  • Free personal delivery within 25 miles of Nailsworth

  • 4‑week lead time for delivery/collection (Monday–Friday)

  • Free personal collection from our workshop (Mon–Fri, 10am–2:30pm) — we will load your vehicle

  • Nationwide delivery is available on a roadside signed for palletised delivery Monday to Fridays 8am-6pm (no timed deliveries) for an additional £100.00 to hearth costs. A seperate invoice will be issued if haulage is required.

  • Fitting service available within 20 miles of Stroud, Gloucestershire — contact us for this pricing and timescales.

Natural Stone Characteristics

As a natural material, Bath stone may contain shells, veining, fossils, and mineral markings formed over millions of years. These features are part of the charm and authenticity of solid natural stone.

The photograph shown features a locally fitted hearth and the customer also purchased a back inner hearth for their wood stove to sit upon. The back inner hearth is an additional extra. Please contact us with your width and depth of fireplace aperature for a seperate costing of this stone.
